Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Victor Jones (ranked 6880 p4p, 25344 weight class) and Heboa Jasoy (ranked 696 p4p, 736 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jasoy throws a leg kick that is checked

and Jones counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jasoy won't be happy with that.
Jasoy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jones. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jones is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Jasoy has escaped the position, nice work there.

Jones looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Jones looking to break Jasoy 's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Jasoy remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Jones will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Jones cracks Jasoy with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Jasoy from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.
You can see the frustration on Jasoy 's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
