The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ross gets caught napping as Takizowa dives in and scores a takedown. Ross manages to retain guard.
Ross wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Ross is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Takizowa has his hands clasped together but Ross extends and breaks Takizowa's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Ross.
