Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jesus Valle (ranked 1640 p4p, 4470 weight class) and Rafael Gomez Da Silva Jr (ranked 171 p4p, 377 weight class). Valle comes to the cage accompanied by Faraon Love Shady - Mi Cunumi. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jesus Valle!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rafael Gomez Da Silva Jr!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Silva Jr looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Valle is fending him off so far but Da Silva Jr persists. Nope, Valle circles away and we're back to standing.
Da Silva Jr shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Valle but Valle pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Valle misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Da Silva Jr.
Da Silva Jr clinches up against the cage.
Valle lands a knee to the head.
Da Silva Jr is trying to pull guard but Valle turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Jesus Valle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rafael Gomez Da Silva Jr.
Valle lands a left hand.
Da Silva Jr takes an elbow to the forehead.
It looks like Rafael Gomez Da Silva Jr has been cut.
Da Silva Jr gets control of Valle's arms and successfully pulls guard. Da Silva Jr will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Valle stands up from Da Silva Jr's guard - Valle perhaps looking for a knockout.

Valle pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Da Silva Jr's coach down at Outlier Martial Arts was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Da Silva Jr's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Da Silva Jr closes the distance and clinches.

Da Silva Jr jumps guard but Valle turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Valle manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Da Silva Jr blocks an elbow strike.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Valle creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Da Silva Jr jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Valle walks away with a smile on his face. Da Silva Jr gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Da Silva Jr closes the distance and clinches.
Da Silva Jr fails to pull guard.
Valle landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Valle tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Da Silva Jr avoids it.
Da Silva Jr tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Valle throws a knee to the head but misses.
Valle lands an elbow inside.
Da Silva Jr tries to pull guard but Valle holds him up against the cage and eventually Da Silva Jr drops back down to his feet.
Valle throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Da Silva Jr blocks it with crossed arms.
Valle unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Valle drops Da Silva Jr with a big knee straight up the middle! Da Silva Jr is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Da Silva Jr is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Valle misses with a two punch combination.
Da Silva Jr is still on wobbly legs! Can Valle finish him?
Valle rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Da Silva Jr moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Valle throws an overhand right that has Da Silva Jr reeling! Valle follows up with more punches and Da Silva Jr is out cold! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jesus Valle!
