Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jim Longchain (ranked 1884 p4p, 3275 weight class) and Ragnar Lothbrock (ranked 244 p4p, 406 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lothbrock has managed to clinch.
Lothbrock looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Lothbrock is pressed up against the cage. Longchain has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Lothbrock down to the mat. Lothbrock avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
No joy there for Longchain, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nice sprawl there from Longchain as Lothbrock shoots in.

Lothbrock shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Longchain's guard.
Longchain looking for a sweep. Not yet Longchain, not yet.
Longchain is working hard here to advance position.
Lothbrock controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Longchain is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lothbrock defends well.
Longchain definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Longchain looking for a triangle here. Lothbrock is fighting it but it looks tight! Longchain pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Lothbrock is tapping out - this one is all over!
