Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonathan Boaler (ranked 543 p4p, 997 weight class) and Bruce Vanorden (ranked 76 p4p, 137 weight class). Vanorden has chosen Unstoppable as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Vanorden has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Boaler bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Vanorden throws a hook but Boaler blocks it.

Bruce Vanorden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Vanorden forces Boaler back against the cage and clinches.

Boaler jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Vanorden walks away with a smile on his face. Boaler gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and Boaler counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Vanorden cracks Boaler with an uppercut from hell and Boaler crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Vanorden's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Vanorden got a little sloppy there for a moment and Boaler has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Vanorden has managed to get both his arms back between Boaler's legs - danger averted.

Boaler walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Boaler limp body while Vanorden jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
