The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Phol paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Phol misses with a jab, cross combination.
Lee pivots, looking for a leg kick but Phol is out of range and Lee settles back down.
Phol throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lee.
Alexander Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Phol tries to bum rush Lee with a series of wild strikes but Lee uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Phol looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lee is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
No joy there for Lee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Phol keeps the fight on the outside.
Phol seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Lee wants to clinch up but Phol keeps it at a distance.
Lee dodges the punch combination from Phol.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Phol swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Lee goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
The fighters circle, before Lee throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Phol's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Lee lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
