Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Edward Conan (ranked 594 p4p, 493 weight class) and Jermaine Camacho (ranked 91 p4p, 78 weight class). Camacho has chosen Hero Of War - Rise Against as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Edward Conan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jermaine Camacho!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camacho fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Camacho throws a body shot but no joy.
Camacho lands a slapping body shot.
Camacho thows a left - swing and a miss!
Camacho tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Conan was well out of range. Poor timing from Camacho.
A jab from Camacho finds it's way through Conan's defenses.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Camacho has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Camacho lands with a straight right. Conan didn't see that one coming.

Camacho throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

And Camacho tries to counter it with a takedown but Conan pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Jermaine Camacho seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Camacho lunges at Conan with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Conan's hand.

Camacho is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Conan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Camacho manages to avoid it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Camacho fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Conan.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Conan drops Camacho with a naaaaasty hook - Camacho is in real trouble here! Conan dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
