And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nathan Fedorov!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shirou Masuda and Kenichi Hosakawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the body from Tatewaki misses
and Fedorov counters with a left to the body.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Fedorov!
Fedorov looks to score with a jab to the body but Tatewaki is just out of range.
Tatewaki takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Fedorov throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Tatewaki misses with a jab, cross combination.
Fedorov lands a slapping body shot.
Tatewaki could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Fedorov scores with a decent looking hook.
Fedorov tries to clinch but Tatewaki moves out of range.
Tatewaki gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tatewaki misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Fedorov tries to clinch but Tatewaki moves out of range.
Fedorov throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Tatewaki appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Fedorov sizes up Tatewaki with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Nathan Fedorov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fedorov loads up on a big right hand but Tatewaki slips the punch.

A cross from Fedorov lands.
Tatewaki gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Tatewaki is rocked!
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Fedorov engages and cracks Tatewaki with a massive lead left hook - Tatewaki tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Fedorov is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Nathan Fedorov!
After winning the bout, Nathan Fedorov thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
