The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Johnson throws a right hand that misses
and Murphy counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Johnson fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
It looks like Paddy Murphy has been cut.
Johnson throws a head kick but Murphy moves out of range.
A head kick by Johnson - that's a beauty! Murphy is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Johnson can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Chad Johnson!
