Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ryszard Wojcik (ranked 224 p4p, 149 weight class) and Angelo Moore (ranked 28 p4p, 19 weight class). Angelo Moore told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ryszard Wojcik!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Angelo Moore!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Jonathan Paton and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moore scores with a jab. Wojcik acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
It looks like Ryszard Wojcik has been cut.
Moore's jab looks to have found its range, popping Wojcik under the eye.
Wojcik moves away from the strike by Moore.
Moore bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Wojcik swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Wojcik avoids the body shot from Moore.
Wojcik seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wojcik ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Moore feints a jab promting Wojcik to slip. Moore then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Wojcik slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Wojcik misses with a hook. Moore ducked under it nicely.

Wojcik has closed the distance and engaged Moore in a clinch.
Wojcik lands a nice uppercut.
Moore lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Wojcik has Moore pressed against the cage, preventing Moore from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Moore breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Moore dips to his left and cracks Wojcik with an uppercut!

Wojcik stuns Moore with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Moore thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Wojcik if he has to take too many more of those.

It looked like Wojcik wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Wojcik fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Moore looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Wojcik jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Moore connects with a solid leg kick.
Moore throws a head kick but Wojcik moves out of range.
Moore with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Wojcik to score with a decent uppercut.

Wojcik smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Moore takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
That has opened up Angelo Moore's cut even more.
Ryszard Wojcik seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wojcik rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Moore moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Moore throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wojcik stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Moore lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Wojcik takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Moore lands a body shot.
Moore takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

This has been an exciting period of action!
A low kick lands for Moore.
Moore throws a shot from downtown. Wojcik moves away and avoids it.
Moore fakes the leg kick and cracks Wojcik in the body.
Wojcik throws a hook but Moore avoids it easily.
Moore looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Wojcik uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Moore.
Wojcik is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Moore.
Wojcik throws a lazy right hand but Moore sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Moore uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Wojcik.
Moore misses with a hook.
Wojcik blocks a leg kick.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Angelo Moore will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Angelo Moore seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Wojcik avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Moore lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Wojcik has taken the fight to the clinch.

Moore appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

Moore lands a leg kick that knocks Wojcik off balance momentarily.
Moore throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
As Moore tries to get set, Wojcik tries to push him back and clinch up but Moore manages to avoid the attempt.
Wojcik just misses with a punch to the body.
Moore ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Moore feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Wojcik sprawling to the canvas! Wojcik rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Moore finish him?!
Ryszard Wojcik's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Moore counters with a good low kick that Wojcik was not able to check.

Wojcik is looking to counter punch.
Wojcik swings for the body but Moore moves out of range.
Moore catches Wojcik with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Wojcik is rocked!
Wojcik is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Crunch! Moore slams his shin into Wojcik's torso.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Moore tries to land a front kick but Wojcik steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Wojcik misses with a right hand
and Moore counters with a huge left! Wojcik is in big trouble! He's backing up but Moore isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Wojcik from any more damage. A dominating finish by Moore!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Angelo Moore!
After winning the bout, Angelo Moore thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
