Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tiago Lima (ranked 2493 p4p, 4304 weight class) and Tavon Shebu (ranked 77 p4p, 90 weight class). Tiago Lima had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tiago Lima!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tavon Shebu!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Ren Mimura and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shebu moves into the clinch.
Shebu is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Lima pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Shebu is trying to drag Lima to the mat but Lima just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Lima wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Shebu struggles to land a body shot inside as Lima controls his hands.
Lima is looking to break free of the clinch but Shebu has double underhooks.
Lima throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Shebu has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Lima is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Shebu is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Shebu explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Tavon Shebu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lima tries to bum rush Shebu with a series of wild strikes but Shebu uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Lima looks to throw the jab but Shebu is out of range.
Shebu now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
No joy there for Lima, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lima throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Shebu stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Shebu tries to clinch up but Lima circles away and keeps his distance.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Tiago Lima will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Lima misses with a body shot.
Shebu throws a leg kick which misses Lima's front leg but catches the back leg as Lima tries to avoid it.
Lima works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
It looks like Tavon Shebu has been cut.
Shebu tries to clinch but Lima moves away
enabling Lima to counter with a crisp jab.
Shebu looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Lima went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Shebu throws a body kick that misses.
Shebu tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lima manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A chopping leg kick lands by Shebu.
Shebu tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Lima counters with a nice right hand that sends Shebu toppling to the canvas! Shebu scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Lima finish him?!
Shebu is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Shebu loses concentration momentarily and Lima pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Shebu crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Lima finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
