Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jin Mori (ranked 5232 p4p, 3434 weight class) and Lee Sung (ranked 565 p4p, 432 weight class). The key to victory for Jin Mori has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jin Mori! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lee Sung! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sung gets tackled into the cage by Mori. Mori maintains the clinch. Mori misses with a knee strike.

Sung has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Mori regains guard immediately. Sung stays in close to Mori's body and controls the position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sung tries to free his leg and advance position but Mori is retaining full guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jin Mori dominated that round. The cut man is working on Lee Sung's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Crunch! Mori slams his shin into Sung's torso. Sung swats away the attempt to clinch by Mori. We've been told by Mori's head coaches at nGYM that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Sung has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Mori. Sung is looking to clinch. Sung tries to clinch but Mori is having none of it. Mori jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sung shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mori's guard. Sung is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sung is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sung's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. More stalling from Sung. Sung looking to pass the guard. Sung controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Let's hope that Sung has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Sung takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

This is the final round! Mori throws a front kick that sends Sung stumbling back into the cage. Lee Sung is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Mori misses with a head kick.
Sung throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mori was covering up waiting for the punch and Sung finishes the takedown easily into guard. Sung is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sung chips away with some ground and pound. Sung takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Mori can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Sung controls the pace. Mori is trying to keep Sung in close.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Sung takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Mori throws a sloppy head kick and Sung moves out of range easily. Jin Mori is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Sung gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Mori counters with a flying knee. Nice. Sung drives through with a takedown into guard. Sung slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mori keeping full guard, as Sung tries to pass. Sung drops back looking for a leg! Mori is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mori manages to kick Sung off! Sung jumps back into Mori's guard. Sung seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Sung landing some decent shots from guard. Mori is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Sung can do to turn this around?
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Sung passes into half guard. Sung sitting and controlling from the half guard. Mori blocking the ground and pound attempt from Sung. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Sung seems to be looking for submissions.
Lee Sung has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Sung is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
And that's the end of the fight! Lee Sung comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Mori has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
