Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Amri Mbeki (ranked 1876 p4p, 3616 weight class) and Mika Hylly (ranked 58 p4p, 124 weight class). Mbeki kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Rebel Yell. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Amri Mbeki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mika Hylly!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Alyssa Summers and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hylly.
Mbeki tries to clinch up.
Hylly is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Mbeki.
Horrible takedown attempt by Hylly or perhaps it was just good defense by Mbeki, which made it look bad.
Mbeki throwing a counter right hand but Hylly manages to avoid it.
Mbeki needs to keep his hands up - Hylly had a free shot at his head there.
A looping hook to the body misses from Mbeki. Hylly does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hylly throws a looping overhand right but Mbeki ducks down to avoid it.
Hylly clinches.
Mbeki lands with a right to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mbeki can't find room to land a body shot as Hylly controls the action.
Mbeki lands a hook that snaps the head of Hylly backwards.
Hylly throws a punch but it's blocked by Mbeki.
Hylly working aggressively here.
Hylly tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Mbeki breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mbeki lands a left and a right that send Hylly crashing to the mat, dazed. Mbeki thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Hylly is rocked!
It looks like Mika Hylly has been cut.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Mbeki engages and cracks Hylly with a massive lead left hook - Hylly tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Mbeki is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Amri Mbeki!
