Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fredrico Schmico (ranked 5347 p4p, 5681 weight class) and Reinhard Tristan Eugen Heydrich (ranked 616 p4p, 636 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Fredrico Schmico!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, John Roberts and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schmico ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Schmico pivots, looking for a leg kick but Heydrich is out of range and Schmico settles back down.
Heydrich steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Schmico.
Heydrich is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Heydrich is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Schmico.

Schmico shoots in looking for a takedown. Heydrich tries to sprawl out of it but Schmico keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Heydrich manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Schmico changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Heydrich tries to avoid it but Schmico manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Heydrich to the ground. Heydrich escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Schmico wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

As Schmico backs off Heydrich throws a huge counter combo but Schmico manages to avoid it all.

Schmico has his foot on Heydrich's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Heydrich works his way back into a safe position though.

Horrible takedown attempt by Schmico or perhaps it was just good defense by Heydrich, which made it look bad.
