Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ralph Hall (ranked 2312 p4p, 4166 weight class) and Just Fight Scappy Do (ranked 295 p4p, 486 weight class). Hall comes to the cage accompanied by Pinball Wizard. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ralph Hall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Just Fight Scappy Do! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Paul Tew and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Scappy Do tries to clinch up. Hall blocks a head kick by Scappy Do.
Hall throws the left hand but Scappy Do avoids the punch easily. Just Fight Scappy Do seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Scappy Do uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hall.
Scappy Do throws a head kick that misses. Hall drops down looking for a counter takedown but Scappy Do sprawls and moves away. Hall throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hall cracks Scappy Do with a good jab. Hall scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Hall misses with a hook. Scappy Do throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Hall shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Scappy Do as he jumps to the side. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice body punch from Hall. Hall connects with a good right hand that stumbles Scappy Do. Scappy Do circles away out of range and recomposes himself. A lazy left from Hall finds it's target. A lazy body kick from Scappy Do and Hall counters with a nice double leg into side control. Scappy Do won't be happy with that.
That's one minute gone in the round. Scappy Do is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Scappy Do felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Scappy Do is in a bad spot here and he knows it... just holding on for now. Hall goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Scappy Do has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Hall but great work by Scappy Do. Hall is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Scappy Do off and has taken his back! Scappy Do tries to break free.
Hall is looking for a rear naked choke here but Scappy Do reverses the position brilliantly into Hall's guard!
Hall looking for a triangle here. Scappy Do is fighting it but it looks tight! Hall pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Scappy Do is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Ralph Hall! Ralph Hall spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
