And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Sextus Lentulus!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Daniel Franklin and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Brooks.
Brooks shoots in looking for a takedown. Lentulus tries to sprawl out of it but Brooks keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lentulus manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Lentulus closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lentulus lands in his opponent's guard.
Brooks has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Lentulus doesn't defend quickly enough and Brooks has managed to lock this one up! Can Lentulus escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Brooks on a fantastic submission victory.
