Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tony Stamos (ranked 4593 p4p, 2882 weight class) and Frank French (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tony Stamos! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Frank French! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Peter Branson and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! French staying out of range there. French on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
French defending well as Stamos loads up on a big left hand. A nice side step and French releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. French connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Stamos bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. French throws a body shot but no joy. Stamos throws a combination but it was largely blocked by French. Stamos fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. French looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Stamos misses with an uppercut. French saw that one coming. French is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Stamos with a body shot. French uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Stamos. French blocks a jab. French takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Stamos takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stamos connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. French swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Stamos misses with an uppercut. French saw that one coming. French looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Stamos keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stamos rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and French counters with a nice body shot. French has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from French there as he acknowledges the shot. Stamos fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches French on the side of the head. French displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Stamos throws out the jab. Stamos lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Stamos getting the better of the striking in that exchange. French lands a nice shot to the body.
Stamos misses with a right hand and French counters with a lovely shot to the body. Stamos scores with a hook. Stamos swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. French shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
French is rocked! Tony Stamos is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. This has been an exciting period of action! French looks up at the clock. Bad move! Stamos lands a right hand from hell, dropping French. Stamos pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tony Stamos! After winning the bout, Tony Stamos thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
