Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Dinklage (ranked 4464 p4p, 4377 weight class) and Arthur Fleck (ranked 0 p4p, 527 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mark Dinklage! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Arthur Fleck! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Dirk Anderson and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fleck shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dinklage but Dinklage pushes him off and we're back to square one. Dinklage appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Fleck misses with a body shot.
Fleck tries to clinch but Dinklage is having none of it. Dinklage darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Fleck pushes Dinklage off looking to stand but Dinklage dives back in and keeps control.
Dinklage working Fleck over with strikes. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Fleck can do anything to dispel that myth. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dinklage landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Dinklage has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Dinklage controlling the pace. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Fleck tries to roll over but Dinklage keeps him under control. Dinklage really is a fat lump. Dinklage misses with a head shot. Fleck uses the momentum to regain guard. Dinklage working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Fleck's head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Fleck looking to control.
Dinklage engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Fleck is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Dinklage distracts Fleck with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Dinklage trying to control but Fleck is working from the bottom. Fleck trying to keep a closed guard but Dinklage is proving a slippery customer.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dinklage's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Fleck keeping moving, preventing Dinklage from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Dinklage with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Fleck looking for a guillotine here but Dinklage defends easily.
Fleck wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Dinklage might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Dinklage postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dinklage trying to control but Fleck is working from the bottom. Dinklage throwing strikes from guard but Fleck blocks nicely. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Fleck won't be happy with that. Dinklage is looking to take a break and control but Fleck is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. You can see the frustration on Fleck's face as Dinklage controls the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Fleck is not content to let Dinklage control the position. Fleck is trying to control Dinklage's posture but Dinklage avoids it. Dinklage working the head and body with strikes. Dinklage is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Fleck is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Dinklage cracks Fleck with a big elbow.

Fleck tries to bench press Dinklage off him but Dinklage keeps the position. Mark Dinklage overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
