The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beer misses with a combination

and Puto counters with a nice double leg into side control. Beer won't be happy with that.
Beer is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the ropes but Puto has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Beer is not content to let Puto control the position.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Puto is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Puto extends the arm and Beer is forced to tap!
