Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rodion Klokov (ranked 3815 p4p, 5746 weight class) and Gabe Ruediger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruediger is looking to clinch but Klokov is avoiding it.

Ruediger shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Klokov sprawls well. Klokov wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ruediger gets slowly back to his feet.

Klokov throws a combination. Ruediger tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

We've been informed that Ruediger has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Klokov feints a jab promting Ruediger to slip. Klokov then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Ruediger slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
