Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jane Malley (ranked 2006 p4p, 1946 weight class) and Mike Moyles (ranked 255 p4p, 246 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Malley throws a low kick but it's checked well by Moyles.

Moyles ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Malley moves away.

It looks like Mike Moyles has been cut.
Moyles has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Moyles throws a hook to the side of Malley's head but Malley sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

and Malley counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Moyles thinking.
Malley buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Moyles fails to land with a series of punches.
Moyles on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Moyles wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Malley fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Moyles has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Malley tries to bum rush Moyles with a series of wild strikes but Moyles uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Moyles scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

and Malley counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Malley looks at the referee who does nothing so Malley lands a crushing right that sends Moyles to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
