Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thorvald Nansen (ranked 1739 p4p, 5823 weight class) and Halfdan Ulfgeirsson (ranked 231 p4p, 588 weight class). Nansen's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Benny Jamz - Torden. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Halfdan Ulfgeirsson!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Richard Clark and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ulfgeirsson ducks right into an uppercut from Nansen.
Ulfgeirsson comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Nansen tried to score with a low kick but Ulfgeirsson checks it.
Nansen throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Ulfgeirsson counters with a stiff right hand.
A looping hook to the body misses from Nansen. Ulfgeirsson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Nansen lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Ulfgeirsson has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Ulfgeirsson and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
