Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oleksandr Usyk (ranked 5189 p4p, 5654 weight class) and Kamil Krahujec (ranked 593 p4p, 627 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Oleksandr Usyk! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kamil Krahujec! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Ackerman and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Decent striking displayed by Usyk there. Krahujec fails with the takedown enabling Usyk to counter with a crisp jab. Usyk throws a series of strikes that have Krahujec backpedaling.
Krahujec tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Usyk swivels and escapes. Usyk listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Usyk scores with a three punch combo!

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Usyk misses with a double jab.
Usyk jabs Krahujec right on the nose. Krahujec blinks but takes it well. Krahujec goes for a double leg but Usyk avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Usyk continues to drive forward. It looked like Usyk was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Oleksandr Usyk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kamil Krahujec. Krahujec throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Usyk's waist but Usyk gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Krahujec off to one side. Usyk misses with a series of wild punches.
We've been told by Usyk's head coaches at Latin Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Usyk will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Krahujec shoots in for a double leg but Usyk sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Krahujec shoots in and gets a takedown into Usyk's guard. Krahujec is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Krahujec is pushing down on Usyk's leg trying to pass to half guard. Usyk is fighting to maintain full guard but Krahujec has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's one minute gone in the round. Krahujec seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Usyk is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
