Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jaro Lalla (ranked 2895 p4p, 1902 weight class) and Torkel Bystrom (ranked 71 p4p, 56 weight class). Lalla comes to the cage accompanied by ЛЮБИ. Jaro Lalla could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Torkel Bystrom's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 26 - 2, fighting out of London, Jaro Lalla!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Torkel Bystrom!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bystrom connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Lalla's hands.

It looks like Jaro Lalla has been cut.
Lalla shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bystrom as he avoids it easily.
Nice sprawl there from Bystrom as Lalla shoots in.
Lalla wants to clinch.
Lalla moves out of range of the strikes.
Lalla throws a quick counter head kick but Bystrom was just out of range.
Bystrom looks to throw the jab but Lalla is out of range.

Lalla gets tackled into the cage by Bystrom. Bystrom maintains the clinch.

Bystrom wants the takedown. Lalla is fighting it off but Bystrom persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Lalla's guard against the cage.

Lalla is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bystrom defends well.

Bystrom drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bystrom jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Lalla is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Bystrom got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lalla has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bystrom has managed to get both his arms back between Lalla's legs - danger averted.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bystrom gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Lalla is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Lalla fires out a quick counter leg kick but Bystrom just manages to avoid it.

As Bystrom looks to move away, Lalla throws a big counter combo but Bystrom just gets out of the way.

Lalla feinted there with a counter leg kick.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Bystrom tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lalla was well out of range. Poor timing from Bystrom.
Bystrom misses the shot to the body.
Bystrom wants to clinch up but Lalla keeps it at a distance.
Bystrom throws a hook to the side of Lalla's head but Lalla sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Lalla appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
A big left from Bystrom misses.
Lalla looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Lalla moves away from the strike by Bystrom.
Bystrom misses with a body shot
and Lalla counters with a slapping leg kick.
Lalla changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bystrom tries to avoid it but Lalla manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bystrom to the ground. Bystrom escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Bystrom has taken the fight to the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
