The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Ivan Kurochkin and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Numagousmanochev is looking to clinch but Zinc is avoiding it.
Zinc is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Numagousmanochev doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Numagousmanochev takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Numagousmanochev shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Zinc manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

As Numagousmanochev looks to move away, Zinc throws a big counter combo but Numagousmanochev just gets out of the way.

and Zinc counters with a series of strikes. Numagousmanochev will be more careful next time no doubt.
Numagousmanochev feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Zinc is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
