This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. And in the blue corner, fighting out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 15 wins and 7 losses; Aaron Hoyle! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Bushiri throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hoyle's waist but Hoyle gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bushiri off to one side. Bushiri shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bushiri showed some decent athleticism there. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Bushiri (2) vs (0) Hoyle Hoyle is not content to let Bushiri control the position.
