Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ramesses Rei (ranked 359 p4p, 282 weight class) and Everest Frank (ranked 7 p4p, 9 weight class). Frank has chosen Knife Talk x Drake ft. 21 Savage x Project Pat as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ramesses Rei!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Everest Frank!
The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Eliza Hachem and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rei misses with a wild combination.
Frank showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Rei.
Frank tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rei swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A jab from Rei misses.
Rei lands with a straight right. Frank didn't see that one coming.

It looks like Everest Frank has been cut.
Rei throws a series of punches but Frank avoids them all with ease.

Rei gets tackled into the cage by Frank. Frank maintains the clinch.
Rei misses with a short punch on the inside.
Rei lands an uppercut.

Frank jumps into guard, dragging Rei to the mat.
Frank controlling Rei's posture.
Rei has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rei trying to control the position from guard on top but Frank is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Frank is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Rei stopping the sweep attempt from Frank.
Rei engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Rei scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Frank takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Rei lands a jab to Frank's midsection.
Rei throws a body shot but no joy.
Frank takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Ramesses Rei is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rei lands a nice shot to the body.
Rei throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nice straight punches there by Rei. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Rei.
Rei lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Rei.

That has opened up Everest Frank's cut even more.
Rei tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Frank was well out of range. Poor timing from Rei.
Rei ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Frank closes the distance and pushes Rei back into the cage.
Frank tries to work over Rei's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
A head punch on the inside from Rei fails to land.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Frank jumps guard.
Frank doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Rei controlling from the top position.
Rei looking to sit in guard and control but Frank gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Frank slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Frank working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Frank keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Rei's head.
Rei on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Rei tries to get out of the position.
Frank wants to control from the top but Rei keeps moving.
Rei utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Rei preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Frank postures up and lands a big shot to Rei's brow.
Frank stands up over Rei, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Frank is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Frank is looking to work some ground and pound but Rei has wrist control.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Ramesses Rei dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Everest Frank's cut.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Frank moves into the clinch.
Rei looking to slow down the pace here.

Frank lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Rei is looking to get back to is feet but Frank passes into side control.
Frank landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Rei might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Frank takes a little break here. Rei wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Rei is trying to get back to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frank in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Frank throws a strike aimed at the side of Rei's head but Rei avoids it well.
Frank scores with a couple of short elbows.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Frank is working Rei over with some ground and pound from side control.
Frank in side control lands a decent elbow.

Rei is rocked!
Frank lands a strong strike to the head of Rei. That's dazed him! Frank looking to finish here. Rei is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Frank lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Everest Frank!
After winning the bout, Everest Frank thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
