Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mr Bean (ranked 4777 p4p, 4806 weight class) and Mike Schultz (ranked 386 p4p, 387 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mr Bean! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mike Schultz! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Peter Branson and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schultz shoots and misses and Bean counters with a lovely straight right hand! A left and a right from Bean both land. Nice combination. Bean throws a head kick but Schultz moves out of range.
Schultz shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Schultz shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Mr Bean has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Schultz. Bean lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Schultz closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Bean's guard. Bean wants to get back to his feet but Schultz passes into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Schultz takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Ground and pound from Schultz. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Schultz is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's one minute gone in the round. Schultz lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Schultz tries to pass the half guard into mount. Bean knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Schultz seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Bean is defending against the submission attempts here by Schultz.
Bean on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Schultz is nestled in close to Bean, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Schultz with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Bean trying to control here.
Schultz seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Bean is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
