Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Bohm (ranked 4074 p4p, 3520 weight class) and Wang Chung (ranked 509 p4p, 438 weight class). Chung has chosen Everybody Wang Chung Tonight as his entrance music. Wang Chung has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Wang Chung!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bohm misses with a hook. Chung ducked under it nicely.

Bohm clinches up with Chung and pushes him back against the cage.
Chung prevents a body shot from Bohm.
Chung is trying to stall.
Chung drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Bohm gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Chung has Bohm pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Bohm manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chung tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bohm smiles and moves away.
David Bohm has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wang Chung.
Chung throws a nice inside leg kick.

Horrible takedown attempt by Chung or perhaps it was just good defense by Bohm, which made it look bad.
Bohm seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
David Bohm is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Chung darts in looking for a takedown but Bohm gets double underhooks and turns Chung into the cage.
Chung shoots in and drives through. Bohm sprawls well.
Chung looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Chung gets a double leg takedown into Bohm's guard.
Chung working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Chung scoring with some ground and pound.
Chung trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Chung advances to half guard.

Chung has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Chung unloads with some shots from mount but Bohm bucks and avoids them well.
Chung avoids the attempt from Bohm to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bohm avoids a series of strikes thrown by Chung.

Chung looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Chung lands a heavy elbow.

It looks like David Bohm has been cut.

Chung throws a sloppy strike and Bohm uses the opportunity to reverse the position! A bit of a scramble here and Bohm has ended up in Chung's guard.

Chung is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Bohm has his hands clasped together but Chung extends and breaks Bohm's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Chung.
