The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.
Vieira shoots for a double leg takedown but Priest sprawls well. He's pushed Vieira's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Vieira changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Priest tries to avoid it but Vieira manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Priest to the ground. Priest escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Vieira is posturing up here but Priest has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Vieira tries to roll out but it's too tight and Vieira has to tap! Slick submission there by Priest!
