The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munoz tries to sprawl but Silva drives through with a takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Silva perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Silva passes the guard and advances to mount!
Silva is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Munoz can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Silva is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Munoz is forced to tap! Great finish!
