Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Darius Frank (ranked 1816 p4p, 2549 weight class) and Dave McDonald (ranked 233 p4p, 319 weight class). Frank kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Trapper x Foogiano . No joy there for McDonald, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Frank looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Frank connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed McDonald momentarily.

Dave McDonald seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oooooh!!! Frank has knocked McDonald down with a huge combo! Frank steps away and waves a wobbly McDonald back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

McDonald walks straight into a right hand from Frank - that's dropped him! Frank jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save McDonald from any more punishment! McDonald complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
