This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 16 wins and 7 losses; Aaron Hoyle! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 11 wins and 11 losses; Chan Siam!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Franklyn Lucas and Steve Montenegro.


The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.
Siam stuffs the takedown attempt from Hoyle. Hoyle gets slowly back to his feet.

Siam manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Hoyle on his heels. He'll look to pass Hoyle's guard now, I'm sure.

Siam felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Hoyle is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Siam knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Siam for a finish.

As we have tied on points, we go to a tie breaker and Hoyle gets a bonus point for attempting more subs.
