The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Baikonurov tries to keep at a distance but Draper has taken the fight into the clinch. Draper looking for a takedown. Baikonurov drops down looking for an ankle pick but Draper pulls his leg out and moves away.

Baikonurov controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Baikonurov with more of the same as he continues to hold on. Baikonurov won't allow Draper to sweep him here. Draper is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Baikonurov defends well. Draper working a defensive guard but Baikonurov passes into half guard.
