Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ghengis Khan (ranked 1401 p4p, 3319 weight class) and Mark Arkinson (ranked 42 p4p, 108 weight class). Arkinson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Breaking Benjamin - So cold. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Arkinson misses with a few strikes there.
Khan has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Khan tests Arkinson's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Arkinson throws a right and a left that Khan avoids nicely.
Khan takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Arkinson takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Arkinson ducks right into an uppercut from Khan.

Khan instigates a clinch.

Khan drops Arkinson onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Arkinson is propped up by the ropes and works his way back to his feet!

Arkinson is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Khan dips a shoulder and cracks Arkinson with a mighty uppercut! Arkinson falls back against the ropes and Khan unloads with a barrage of strikes! Arkinson is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the ropes! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Khan screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ghengis Khan!
