Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ladislas Galopin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adams Bricks!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Bruno Hogan and Darius Henderson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Galopin with a body punch. A glancing blow.

Galopin decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bricks can do anything to dispel that myth.
Bricks wants to control the action here but instead Galopin manages to pass to full mount!
Galopin tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Galopin can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bricks is looking to escape.
Bricks prevents Galopin from taking his back.
Bricks really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Galopin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bricks is just holding on here. Galopin manages to take his back.
Bricks wants to get back to his feet.
Bricks trying to control the hands but Galopin won't let him.
Bricks is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

Galopin's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Bricks is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Galopin gets his way!

Galopin seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

Galopin seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Bricks for as long as he can get away with.
Galopin has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Bricks looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Galopin is cranking Bricks's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Bricks! He's tightened the choke and Bricks is tapping out!
