Leifsson moves forwards but Shavers connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Leifsson lands an overhand right.
Shavers throws a sloppy body shot
and Leifsson counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Shavers swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Leifsson throws a hook but Shavers avoids it easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Shavers tries to lock up and control but Leifsson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
