The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

De Vinci bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Scott! He dives into his guard looking to finish!
Scott wants to sweep here but De Vinci controlling him for the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Scott wants to hit a sweep here but De Vinci passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Scott there!

Scott tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Scott takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Scott shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has De Vinci pinned against the cage. De Vinci gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Scott shoots in looking for a takedown. De Vinci tries to sprawl out of it but Scott keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. De Vinci manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
De Vinci fakes the body blow, causing Scott to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Scott goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
