Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Daniel McKillop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Tacket (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McKillop comes to the cage accompanied by Quasimoto - Green Power. Daniel McKillop looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel McKillop! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ray Tacket! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Chris Edwards and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tacket moves in looking to clinch but McKillop pushes him off. Tacket drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Tacket wants to control from the top but McKillop keeps moving. McKillop looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Tacket slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Tacket wants to control from the top but McKillop keeps moving. McKillop has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tacket can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Tacket stopping the sweep attempt from McKillop. Tacket is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Tacket wants to stand but McKillop has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tacket trying to control the position from guard on top but McKillop is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. McKillop looking for a guillotine here but Tacket defends easily.
McKillop has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tacket can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. McKillop is breathing heavily. McKillop working for a triangle but Tacket defends it easily.
Tacket scoring with punches to the head and body. Tacket wants to stand but McKillop is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Tacket trying to control but McKillop is working from the bottom. McKillop throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Tacket preventing the sweep. McKillop is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Tacket tries to stand but McKillop is controlling from the bottom. Tacket won't allow McKillop to sweep him here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tacket has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of McKillop is proving hard to escape from. McKillop looking for a guillotine here but Tacket defends easily.
Tacket wants to pass the guard but McKillop is keeping the position. Tacket controls from within his opponent's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McKillop keeping moving, preventing Tacket from controlling successfully. McKillop wants to sweep but no luck. There's a bit of a scramble here and now McKillop is on top in guard.
McKillop works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. McKillop is looking for a kimura but Tacket is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for McKillop to get the leverage. McKillop tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Tacket. McKillop is working for a kimura but Tacket is defending it quite comfortably.
McKillop uses his free foot to push down on Tacket's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Tacket. McKillop lands a big elbow. McKillop lands a heavy elbow. McKillop can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Tacket is looking to escape. McKillop has hold of Tacket's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Tacket manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
McKillop avoids the attempt from Tacket to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Daniel McKillop dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Tacket misses with an attempted mid kick.
McKillop gets the takedown into side control. Tacket can't do much from the bottom here. Tacket regains half guard. Tacket looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Tacket slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Tacket throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Tacket is looking for a triangle but McKillop pushes his legs off easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. McKillop pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tacket is keeping the position for now. McKillop drops back, looking for a kneebar! Tacket looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Tacket looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Tacket! Tacket decides to take the fight back to the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tacket darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. McKillop manages to get to full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. McKillop decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Tacket, up you get! Tacket gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and McKillop counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Tacket flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
McKillop trying to pass the guard but Tacket defending well. Tacket is trying to maintain the position but McKillop is very close to passing his half guard. Tacket is on the bottom, trying to hold on to half guard. He's throwing a few small shots here, to keep his opponent honest. Tacket misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Tacket tries to get to full guard but McKillop has control of the leg. Tacket regains full guard. Nicely done. Tacket is trying to control the position but McKillop postures up.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Tacket throws a leg kick which misses McKillop's front leg but catches the back leg as McKillop tries to avoid it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McKillop fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Tacket fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. McKillop sprawls well initially but Tacket persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Tacket takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Tacket scoring with strikes to the body and head. Tacket is working for a submission of some sort.
McKillop is looking to improve his position.
McKillop gets back to full guard.
McKillop looking for a sweep. Not yet McKillop, not yet. McKillop thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Tacket throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tacket slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. McKillop wants to sweep but no luck. McKillop isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Tacket stacks McKillop on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Tacket! Tacket stands up and we're back to a striking position. Tacket has closed the distance and engaged McKillop in a clinch.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Tacket. McKillop is pressed up against the cage. Tacket has hold of a leg and is looking to drag McKillop down to the mat. McKillop avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Tacket throws a lazy uppercut
and McKillop counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by McKillop. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tacket controlling McKillop's posture. Tacket throws his legs up looking for a submission but McKillop uses it to pass to side control.

That was a close second round but I would say that Daniel McKillop will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
McKillop with a poor takedown and Tacket counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Tacket in particular looking to stall. McKillop wants to control but Tacket is keeping busy and won't allow it. Tacket looks to score some points with some ground and pound. McKillop is refusing to be controlled, as Tacket sits in half guard. Tacket moves into side control, avoiding the strikes from McKillop.
McKillop is looking to reverse the position. Both fighters are breathing heavily. McKillop manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Tacket perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tacket passes the guard and advances to mount! McKillop keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
McKillop is working hard here to advance position. McKillop sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. McKillop is staying active underneath Tacket, who seems content to just control the action from this position. McKillop wants to improve his position but Tacket is controlling well.
McKillop is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Tacket pulls his head out easily. McKillop moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Tacket working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. McKillop working for a triangle but Tacket defends it easily.

Tacket stands and steps away. McKillop gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Tacket clinches but McKillop breaks the clinch and McKillop counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. McKillop throwing strikes from guard but Tacket blocks nicely. Tacket has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes McKillop off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. McKillop changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tacket looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Tacket pushes McKillop away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, McKillop gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tacket prevents McKillop from improving position. Tacket parries the strikes from McKillop easily there. McKillop is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Tacket to escape.
McKillop tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Tacket tries to buck McKillop off but McKillop is having none of it. Tacket gets back to half guard. McKillop is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Tacket! Daniel McKillop overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Tacket defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from McKillop. McKillop with the ground and pound from mount. Tacket is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. McKillop wants to take Tacket's back here but Tacket is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tacket is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. McKillop trying to control but he's not successful this time. Tacket is looking to get to half guard. Tacket wants to control but McKillop is having none of it. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. McKillop working Tacket over with strikes here. Ray Tacket has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Tacket manages to regain half guard. Good work. Tacket looks like he's trying to stand up.
And that's the end of the fight! Daniel McKillop showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for McKillop, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
