The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carr gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Carr takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Nice cross by Walker.
Carr fails with a takedown attempt.
Nice takedown defense from Walker. No joy for Carr on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for William Carr. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Walker avoids the body shot from Carr.
Walker fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Carr on the side of the head.
Walker thuds a left hand into Carr's body.
Carr really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Walker moves into range and connects with a jab.
Carr takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Carr throws a body shot but no joy.
Walker feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Carr sprawling to the canvas! Carr rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Walker finish him?!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Walker lands a big right hand that sends Carr crashing to the mat! Walker stays standing though and waves Carr back to his feet!
Carr is rocked!

Walker drops Carr with a big left hand! Carr is injured, injured bad! Walker jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
