Hasler avoids the head kick by Gavinsky.
Gavinsky throws a body shot but no joy.
Gavinsky gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Hasler to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Gavinsky looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hasler is one step ahead there.
Hasler trying to control the position from guard on top but Gavinsky is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Hasler won't allow Gavinsky to sweep him here.

Hasler jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Gavinsky manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Hasler wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Gavinsky, who protects the arm well.
Hasler is working to tighten his grip on Gavinsky's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Gavinsky has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Hasler is really squeezing tight and eventually Gavinsky passes out! Hasler breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
