The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Return shoots in looking for a takedown but Kyprianou manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Return's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Return shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kyprianou manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Return is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Return stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kyprianou swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Return is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Return lands a couple of decent looking shots.

It looks like Costas Kyprianou has been cut.
Return working some strikes from top position.
Return is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Return works a leg free and moves into half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kyprianou is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Return scores with a couple of nice shots.

Costas Kyprianou's cut is getting worse.
Return uses his free foot to push down on Kyprianou's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Kyprianou.
Return lands a big shot to the head and Kyprianou winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
