Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Bateman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Farve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bateman might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Anew Revolution-True Faith. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Matheus Silva and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Farve shoots in but Bateman avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Farve takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
It looks like Duke Farve has been cut.
Farve is looking to clinch.
Bateman rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Farve moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bateman ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Farve moves away.
Farve dives in and grabs Bateman's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bateman pushes down on Farve's head and hops out.
Bateman misses with the combination.
Bateman throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bateman takes a swing at Farve's ribcage but misses.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Farve takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Bateman looks to land a combination but Farve avoids it well.
Brock Bateman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bateman just misses with a punch to the body.

Farve fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Brock Bateman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Duke Farve.
Bateman thows a body shot but no joy.

Farve changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bateman tries to avoid it but Farve manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bateman to the ground. Bateman escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Bateman keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Farve's head.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Bateman's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Bateman tries to free his leg and advance position but Farve is retaining full guard.

Bateman passes Farve's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Farve won't allow Bateman to pass to mount.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bateman connects with a nice short shot to Farve's temple.

Farve is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Bateman scores with a couple of nice shots.
Bateman is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Bateman looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Duke Farve's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Farve is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Bateman throws a nice looking combination but Farve bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Farve is breathing heavily.
Bateman changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Farve looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Bateman lands a decent elbow from side control.
Bateman cracks Farve with a big right hand but Farve just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Farve is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
That has opened up Duke Farve's cut even more.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bateman lands a few punches from side control.
Duke Farve's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Duke Farve's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:02 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Brock Bateman!
