The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Myer shoots in and bounces Smith off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Myer with a flurry of punches that miss.
Myer is stalling in the full guard.
Smith is looking to stand back up but Myer counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Smith.
Smith wants to stand back up but Myer manages to pass into side control.
Myer is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Smith is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Smith tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Myer has got one arm under Smith's chin. This could be trouble... Smith trying to control the other hand but Myer gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Smith has tapped out! The fight is over!
