Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roldao Gracie (ranked 3594 p4p, 4250 weight class) and Jason White (ranked 416 p4p, 484 weight class). Jason White will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roldao Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jason White!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White is looking to clinch.
White misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gracie.
Gracie looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Gracie closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
White struggling a bit here.

Gracie working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
The referee asks Gracie politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Gracie prefers to stall for the moment though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
White is trying to get back to half guard.
White seems a little lost for a moment, as Gracie dominates the positioning.

White is looking for a sweep.
Gracie is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down White's shoulder. That is not cool.

Gracie tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
White tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Gracie wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Gracie controls the position from side control.

Gracie looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Gracie takes a little break here. White wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Gracie seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down White for as long as he can get away with.
Gracie continues to stall.

Gracie working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Gracie tries to score with some ground and pound. White controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Gracie wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by White, who protects the arm well.
White is letting Gracie control him for a moment.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
White tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Gracie controls the position from side control.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Roldao Gracie dominated that round.

White is looking to clinch.
A decent looking cross lands there for White.

Gracie looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for White!
Roldao Gracie overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Gracie is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, White has escaped the position, nice work there.
Gracie is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that White can do to turn this around?
White wants to control but Gracie postures up.
A lull in the action here as Gracie stalls from top position.

Gracie is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. White is trying to escape and Gracie transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and White is forced to tap! Nice work there by Gracie! Very nice indeed!
