Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Gabe Ruediger!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Steve Montenegro and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Francisco fails with an attempt to clinch.

Ruediger keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Francisco tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Ruediger manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Francisco has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ruediger can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ruediger stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Francisco swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Francisco is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Francisco breaks Ruediger's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Ruediger manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Francisco manages to get himself to full guard.

Gabe Ruediger comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Ruediger has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
