The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Daniels looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Augustine is looking to clinch.
Daniels throws a right and a left that Augustine avoids nicely.
Daniels looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Augustine throws the left hand but Daniels avoids the punch easily.
Daniels is looking for the big counter here.
Augustine slips a jab and a cross from Daniels.
Daniels misses with the combination.
Augustine is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Augustine gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Daniels's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Augustine connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Daniels scrambles back to his feet.
Daniels tries to bum rush Augustine with a series of wild strikes but Augustine uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
No joy there for Daniels, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

It looks like AJ Daniels has been cut.

Augustine drops Daniels with a beautiful combination! Daniels stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Augustine is looking for the KO!
Daniels is rocked!
Augustine batters Daniels with a massive right followed by a huge left! Daniels is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Augustine lands a final crushing right hand to drop Daniels to the mat with a gruesome thud! Augustine is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
