The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

Enormis closes the distance and clinches up with Requina, looking for a takedown. Enormis pushes Requina against the cage but Requina circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

A nice side step and Requina releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Enormis takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Enormis decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Enormis wants to pass to mount but Requina is defending the position.
Enormis is trying to control. Requina wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Enormis takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Requina is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Enormis looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Requina is looking to improve his position.
Requina is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Enormis is looking to take a break and control but Requina is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Requina is looking for a sweep. Enormis is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Enormis is keen to just control but Requina is a slippery customer.
Requina tries to get to full guard but Enormis has control of the leg.
Enormis wants to control but Requina is keeping him busy.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Requina moves into full guard.

Requina looking to hit a scissor sweep but Enormis is one step ahead there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Enormis's corner is telling him to maintain position.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Requina has Enormis pulled in close to control his posture.
Enormis wants to control from the top but Requina keeps moving.

Requina feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Enormiss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
A decent looking cross lands there for Requina.

Enormis walks into a straight right hand from Requina.
Enormis gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Requina counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Requina cracks Enormis with a right hand to the side of the head.

Enormis doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Requina counters with a crisp right that sends Enormis to the canvas! Requina follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

After the fight, Manuel Requina was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
