Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mekwek Wowkwis (ranked 4911 p4p, 4936 weight class) and Inacio Bonifacio (ranked 179 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bonifacio avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Wowkwis fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bonifacio.

Wowkwis throws a body punch but Bonifacio moves out of range.
Bonifacio takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Wowkwis's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bonifacio connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Wowkwis scrambles back to his feet.
It looks like Mekwek Wowkwis has been cut.
Bonifacio has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Wowkwis finds it's way round the side to connect with Bonifacio's head.

Wowkwis throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bonifacio shoots in looking for a takedown. Wowkwis tries to sprawl out of it but Bonifacio keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wowkwis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Wowkwis lands a nice shot that snaps Bonifacio's head back.

Bonifacio has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Wowkwis throws a leg kick which misses Bonifacio's front leg but catches the back leg as Bonifacio tries to avoid it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Wowkwis feints and then cracks Bonifacio's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bonifacio down.
Wowkwis dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bonifacio. That did some damage!

Wowkwis feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Bonifacio sprawling to the canvas! Bonifacio rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Wowkwis finish him?!

Wowkwis throws a leg kick which misses Bonifacio's front leg but catches the back leg as Bonifacio tries to avoid it.
Wowkwis cracks Bonifacio with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Bonifacio tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Wowkwis pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Bonifacio is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mekwek Wowkwis!
An out of breath Mekwek Wowkwis thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
