Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, James Hunt!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yuuki Gou and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
DeAngelo looks to land a combination but Hunt avoids it well.
Nice uppercut lands for Hunt. That snapped DeAngelo's head back.
Hunt throws a lazy head kick
and DeAngelo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Hunt uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by DeAngelo.
DeAngelo lands with a shot to the body.
Hunt throws a jab when DeAngelo was well out of range.
Hunt tries to land a leg kick but DeAngelo saw it coming and moves away.
DeAngelo throws a left and a right that both miss
and Hunt counters by moving into the clinch.
DeAngelo misses with a hook to the ribs.
A nice right hand lands inside from DeAngelo.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hunt throws a head punch that misses.
Nice body punch from DeAngelo - that landed with a thud.
Hunt tried to land a shot to the body but connects with DeAngelo's elbow.
Hunt breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
DeAngelo throws a hook to the side of Hunt's head but Hunt sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
DeAngelo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

DeAngelo paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
DeAngelo bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Hunt's head.
Hunt tries to clinch but DeAngelo moves out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from DeAngelo misses the target.
Hunt avoids the body shot from DeAngelo.
Hunt lands with a good body shot.
Hunt looks to land a body kick but DeAngelo moved away.
DeAngelo was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
DeAngelo loads up on a big right hand but Hunt slips the punch.
Hunt moves out of range of the strikes.
DeAngelo throws a nice looking combination but Hunt bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
DeAngelo rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Hunt counters with a crisp right hand that drops DeAngelo! Hunt lets DeAngelo back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
DeAngelo is rocked!
It looks like Joseph DeAngelo has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hunt ducks under a wild hook from DeAngelo.
Hunt cracks DeAngelo with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! DeAngelo looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Hunt finish him?
Oh DeAngelo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

DeAngelo throws a body shot but no joy.
DeAngelo bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Hunt comes at him with an uppercut from hell! DeAngelo falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! DeAngelo was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). James Hunt!
